The clarinets I'm currently looking at are a Leblanc Symphonie L (full boehm), a Penzel Mueller Artist (full boehm), and a Buffwt S-1. I want to know more about the full boehms. Google searching has gotten me no information on Symphonie L models, and only some information on the P-M. What do you all know about these instruments?

Use "Select Google Site Search" in the upper right corner, and then choose "test.woodwind.org" and enter your search criteria. Works way better than the default search engine.

Thanks for the search tips! i found tons of information on The Penel Mueller, but none on the Leblanc Symphony L. Does anybody know anthing about this instrument?

Are you sure it's an "L" ?
There is definitely a "Symphonie" model and possibly a "Symphonie 1" "II" and "3"
I can't imagine there is very much difference between the Symphonie models.
Leblanc's evolved quite slowly back in that period and the names were more a marketing tool than anything else.
Have a look at www.clarinetperfection.com website quite a bit of info there on Leblanc model relationships.

Go to the store and try... if you`ll find a model that`ll sounds good but there`ll not some additional key, you always can order same with all speceifications that you need.

There are virtually no full boehm models made any more so if you really want/need full boehm then an older used instrument is the main option.
Do you really need (want) all those extra keys?
Leblanc at one time offered virtually any combination of keywork from a single fork Eb/Bb or articulated F#/C# up to the whole lot however this was for many years mostly restricted to the "LL" model range.
Most current models from major firms offer only the LH Ab/Eb lever.
