Hello, I'm new to this forum and I am looking for some info. I have come across a Selmer Regency Bb Clarinet, wood, (used) from what I've been told (which is not much) that is horn was made in USA. does anyone have any info on it. I am most interested in the fact that the keys have a build up on them an am curious if this is normal. The horn plays well, has new corks and the pads don't seem to be in too bad of condition. They will need to be replaced in the near future but still playable. I do not want to purchase this instrument to find out that I paid more than it is worth and will need 100's of dollars worth of repair,. Thank you for any help available.
