I quite like your sound. It's nice and centered and even. My main suggestion would be to really take this back SLOWLY and smooth out the technique...you tend to rush through 16th's quite a bit. Try finding notes in runs to use as anchors. You're musical intent is good and evident, but the issues with time and tempo aren't letting you fully express what I think you are trying to do.
With all of that said, sounding very good for a high school freshman! Your opening was beautiful. Keep it up!

You have a nice sound and good control, and I think you have the potential to play this piece very well, but there are some things I think you need to work on:
1.) Rhythm/tempo. Your beat is not always steady. In particular, you have a tendency to take off (and thus lose the beat) on 16th note passages. Perhaps practicing with a metronome will help with this. In any case, though, you should listen for how your part fits in with the pianist's.
2.) Technique. Not only are you rushing, but you're trying to play faster than you can play cleanly. As Joe suggested, you need to slow it down and gradually work the tempo up, but never take it faster than you can play it cleanly.
3.) At 2:02 in the recording (bar 46), the rhythm doesn't sound right. It should be a half note followed by two sets of eighth-note triplets (that's what Weber wrote in the original manuscript).
4.) Drama. You don't seem to have a whole lot of dynamic contrast (although the recording equipment might have something to do with that). What is more apparent, though, is that you appear to be in a hurry to get through, especially in the opening section. Take your time, hang onto to those long notes and trills as the music builds, and don't be afraid to be dramatic (in fact, in this kind of music exaggeration is to be preferred over subtlety). When you play Weber sometimes it helps to pretend you're an opera singer--Weber was primarily a composer of operas, after all. Opera singers take their time and sing out. You should do the same, I think.
