Will it cost more to fix a crack inside the bore, it's on the top next to the register key hole in the upper joint.

Depends, if it didn't hit the actual key the price should be a tad more; inside of the bore. Most likely you will need to pin it. Well at least I would. A filled crack with glue could effect the pitch and the sound, because the bore has gotten a bit bigger. It's usually not way overpriced to pin the crack compared to glue.

A and Bb r13's new.

Does the crack go through to the outside? If not, it's a seam in the wood that's opened up and shouldn't make any difference. I have a barrel that has a deep seam and still plays great. Kalmen Opperman told me exactly what reed and MP dude says -- any attempt to fill or close it is more likely to do harm than good.

If it's a crack all the way through, check the warranty. The maker will send you a new top joint.
