Hi, I a few months ago was on an American Airlines flight and while listening to the classical station they had and I heard a clarinet piece that I really enjoyed but I can't figure out the name. The piece that was listed on the AA website was not what I had heard.
Here's what I remember:
-its probably a concerto because I (vaguely) remember strings
-I cant remember if it was 3 or 4 movements
-I tried to notate the opening theme for the last movement (a rondo) the best I could. Its almost definitely not the correct key - http://www.noteflight.com/scores/view/dd8e078cf5fc66f0b3b539fc806f3efd43745885
A few pieces I know its not:
-k.622
-Weber concerto in Fm; concerto in Cm/EbM, quintet in BbM
Any help with figuring this would would be awesome but I understand that this is most likely the worst game of 'name that tune' ever played.

If it's in 3 rather than 4, it may be:
C-E-G, G-G-G, B-D-G, G-G-G, E-C-G, A-G-F, E-D-C, C-B
which I think is the finale of the Kramer/Krommer Concerto, though I could be wrong.

It's the last movement of the C. Stamitz Concerto #3.

What Ken wrote is the Stamitz. What the original poster wrote in their link almost certainly isn't.
It's not a piece I know, although it was probably composed between 1770-1810. It could also be a quartet or a quintet.

Puts me in mind of bits of the last movement of the Mozart quintet - do you think it might be that?
