I found 3 sources for used Yamaha YCL-CSG A clarinets, and they all cost the same: exactly $2421.89. They (it?) are (is) available from:
Musician's Friend,
Woodwind & Brasswind, and
Music 123.
Do these sellers overlap in some way?

I believe that Music 123 and WWBW are connected, but not completely sure. They usually have the same equipment for sale for the same price.

They are all basically under the exact same corporate umbrella, sharing the exact same stock. The instruments you are seeing on each website are the same instrument.

When I go on a book-location site such as AddALL http://used.addall.com/, I almost always find multiple listings from different vendors, but at the identical price and with the identical description. When I order an unusual item, all the listings disappear. Obviously the dealers have agreements to list things on multiple sites.
It's like asking to see a piece of jewelry at a store on "Jewelers' Row" in New York City in the block of 47th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. Everybody knows what everybody else has, and single piece will be walked over to any store.
