 The "newer" selmer omega

I have a Selmer Omega. It's the French version not the USA model with the engraving; and is NOT the beautiful model from the 50's.
There is no info. from Selmer France, and little to nothing on the net.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

This model has been discussed several times before. The search function is your friend: http://test.woodwind.org/clarinet/BBoard/read.html?f=1&i=227110&t=227110

Who cares about statistics--it either plays well or it doesn't. That is the "bottom line".

The 1950s French Omega was marked "Centered Tone" and had a double register key mechanism. Also, the vine leaf engraving continued from the bell to the bottom few inches of the lower joint (which it did not on the the U.S. Omega).
