 Many Thanks

Just wanted to thank everyone that's given me advice on my clarinet solo this year. I just got back from Region Solo/Ensemble competition, both my clarinet solo (3rd movement of Mozart Concerto) and bass clarinet solo (deepwood, david bennett) got superior ratings (1) and qualified for state. The clarinet quartet I was a part of also scored a 1. This means I've qualifed for state on 5 different pieces in two years.
I love performing solos, besides the awkward moment when the judge asked me (after I'd performed both solos) which instrument I practiced more... I know I sound better on bass, but I actually spend more time on clarinet, so when I replied clarinet and he seemed super surprised it was kinda like, "oh... thanks, didn't realize my clarinet playing was THAT noticably inferior..." =p
Thanks again for all the help. (okay, bragging moment over, but awhile ago somebody told me to post how solos went, so I am...)
