 ID my Selmer barrel
Author: golfnclarinet

It reads "Selmer" "ELKHART-NEWYORK".
"Selmer" is Italic/script letter.
It tells me it's not Selmer Paris.

Wood looks very good.
Barrel was modified little bit and works very well with my Leblanc Concerto.
Better than Concerto stock barrel.

Was this barrel for student or intermediate level clarinet?

Thanks in advance.

If there is no Selmer Paris wreath then you are correct that it is a Selmer USA barrel. Assuming that it is a wooden barrel then it is from an intermediate model as all of the Selmer USA student models are plastic. Most likely it is from one of the more recent models (mid 90's or later) as an earlier barrel would have had the Signet logo in addition to the Selmer logo.
