I am looking for info on recordings that Luigi Amodio made as a soloist or chamber musician.
I am familiar with the pieces released on the clarinet classic C "La Scala virtuoso".
Beethoven Opus 11
Brahms Opus 120 #1
Schumann Fantasy pieces,
and Mozart K.581
I have found very little info via the internet, but it seems he recorded the Mozart Concerto, and the Kegestatt trio. I think I also read somewhere that he recorded the Beethoven opus 38 (trio version of the Septet).
I amalso wondering if any of these works have been reissued on CD, and if so where they could be obtained.
And by some miracle if anyone is aware of where these recordings are available in any format (Lp, mp3 whatever) that info would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like the Trio, Quintet and Concerto are all available here at the German Recordings Archive on one CD ...they may not ship overseas however ..... worth a try

I have emailed them about sending to North America. I too am interested in this artist, and would love this Cd. Will let you know the response I get.

Lucal,
I just read the CD notes- Amodio is the clarinetist for the quintet and concerto, Oskar Michalek is the clarinetist for the trio.
