Just search for "C652: Weber Andante and Hungarian Rondo" and it will come up.
I played it a few years ago but I made several adjustments to the part by looking at a public domain Viola part. There is also a bassoon version on IMSLP if you feel like transposing it yourself. Be careful if you decide to make adjustments to one though, several of them have different amounts of measures.
