 Lost part for Buffet 1193C

I play a 1990-vintage Buffet R13 Prestige 1193C bass clarinet. Apparently, last night after rehearsal, a "roller pin" (I don't know what it's really called) fell off. I went back to the rehearsal room this afternoon, but the maintenance staff had already been through the room, so it's gone for good.

This is a little rod about 3/4" long with rubber on the ends that's involved with the right hand low-D key and coordinates several of the lower pads--so the low notes don't work now. (There are several pins like this on the clarinet; this is the topmost one.)

My clarinet tech tells me he has difficulty getting through to the parts guy at Buffet, so while he's working on that, I thought I'd ask here:

1) Does anyone have a parts list for the 1990s era 1193C?
2) Can anyone can recommend a repair shop that might have such a part in stock?

I'll be very grateful for any help you can offer. We have a concert on December 6th and I hope to have the beast working again by then.
