I have a silver clarinet that reads "made by cg conn elkhart indiana"
on the bell also it has the letter B the only other numbers I have found on this instrument are 1135 on both parts where the valves are.

This clarinet came in a all wooden case with the cg conn logo on it on the right upper hand corner.

can anyone help me figure out how old this case and clarinet are?

thanks for any help you can give me.

A serial number of 1135 would date this clarinet to 1895 assuming the serial number chart on Conn-Selmer's website is accurate.
