Khachaturian Trio History

Do any of you know of anywhere to search for some kind of history on the Khachaturian Trio. I'd like to be able to use something other than recordings to help me put together an upcoming performance.

There is a thesis about Armenian music that includes info about the trio on page 24.

Thanks John most of the information I had found to date was merely biographical. It's very helpful to get Khachaturian's comments on the actual trio.

Now I must go listen to some recordings of a zurna.
