 Reeds 'n Stuff Sanding Machine

Does anyone know if the "Schleifmaschine" pictured in this video at 2:06 is available anywhere? My German isn't advanced enough to understand everything the narrator says, and a search on the company's website turns up nothing.

P.S. I have contacted the company as well. I have not yet received a response, so I thought I would ask the Board if anyone knew.

Go to a hardware store and ask for a disc sander.
