And I bought a Buffet wood clarinet(not Evette clarinet) from EBAY,serial number is 20747.I find it on BUFFET WEB.
Brand : Buffet Crampon
Instrument : Basse Radio
Serial number : 20747
Year of manufacturing : 15/05/1963
What is " Basse Radio"?

The listing you have found is for a Radio Model bass clarinet. You can find something about this model in the following thread:

However, AFAIK, Buffet only used this designation for alto and bass clarinets. If your clarinet is a soprano, it is too old to be listed in the current Buffet serial number lookup. According to the serial number list here:

http://www.woodwind.org/clarinet/Equipment/HowOld/Buffet.html

which has the same information as a number of sites around the web, if your clarinet is a soprano, it was made in 1936.
