Any chance someone could toss one or two or three of these my way? They hold the pivot screws in I guess and are a complete hassle but are possibly the world's smallest clarinet screw so ya gotta love em. It's from a model 16. Or maybe you can tell me how to do without em.

If you can source M2 thread adjusting screws (Loree oboes and Buffet bass clarinets have them) or 2mm steel pinning wire with an M2 thread, then they can be cut down to make Conn locking screws. Not sure what imperial thread the pillars have, but it's as near an M2 as is possible so no need to tap them out.

That would most likely be a #1-64 imperial thread, which is just slightly smaller than an M2. Seems to be a popular size in old american clarinets as I've had to re-tap a few posts in this size before. The taps are so small you need to hold them in a pin vise rather than a normal tap handle.

Hey thanks people but I'm sorta tech impaired and am really looking for somebody to send me some from an old junk horn they might have lying around. Actually I only need one assuming I don't lose any more of the lil buggers.

I'd make a call to some of the instrument repair shops in your area and ask if they have any spares. Chances are they would charge you very little if anything for it if they do have one. Another place you might want to check would be hobby shops that cater to model builders as really tiny screws are sometimes used in those projects. If none of those options work out I know they are available from screw suppliers but I have only seen them sold in packs of 100 and they aren't cheap (around $35/pack).

They have the same thread as the screws
I have a Conn tenor here (Transitional). Actually it is strange... it only has three of those left and they seem to be 64 UNC. I measured some replacements I have and they are 72 UNC. Both of these threads have a 1.85mm diameter so M2 (0.4mm for 64 and 0.35mm for 72) could work since you can make the diaemter undersize (it usually is for woodwind instrument anyway). Or for 72 UNC, a slightly enlarged diameter M1.8-0.35mm.
I'm not sure if the originals are 64 and the replacements are wrong, or maybe the originals were modified on this saxophone... does nyone know?
As far as getting them, try asking repairers in your area. Even if they don't have it maybe they can order for you.
By the way, here is a closeup of this Conn set screw (attached). Real size is approx 1.85mm dia x 2.8mm length.

Just put some semi-permanent Loc Tite on the main screw....The horn will function without the set screw.
