Hi: My husband found this clarinet and I just haven't been able to identify it. Doesn't look like much, but it's driving me crazy. This picture isn't very good, but it is the best I can do. Any ideas?

Right - I see it now! Had to squint a lot but that's what it says!
And I thought cursive handwriting was indecipherable!
