Richard, when you said "near Knoxville", I was elated to hear it until I discovered that he's actually in Kingsport, and that's 90 miles northeast of Knoxville. I live 50 miles south of Knoxville, so that's how my luck runs.

You might want to look up Bruce McCall, at Rush's Music Service http://www.rushsmusic.com/ in Knoxville. Don't let the "band instrument" portal fool you. Bruce is a master, and a good guy, who will take all the time necessary and will work with you.
