Hi again-

Does anyone out there have a copy of the clarinet solo from La Clemenza di Tito?

The "Parto, Parto" solo?

Would be very much appreciated!

There's an Opera Excerpt book by Ben Armato that Ben Redwine now distributes - I'll bet that's in it.

Can't look right now, but I do have the book.

My copy of "The Opera Clarinetist" by Ben Amato does NOT have Parto.
David B. might have a different edition.....dunno.

I have a a reduction part(sic) from Van Cott Information Services. (see resources section of this website)

It's in the Peters Edition book of orchestral excerpts edited by Hepp/Rohde. The book has a silver cover, sorry I can't remember the exact title.

Lucks Music Library sells the set of this aria, with parts available separately for a few dollars each.

IMSLP has the full score for free, though not the parts. It's in the Act I, Scenes 6-12 file.

International publishes a soprano/clarinet/piano reduction.

Hey Sam.

You can find the solo on IMSLP here:
http://erato.uvt.nl/files/imglnks/usimg/f/f0/IMSLP25210-PMLP39838-Mozart_Clemenza_K.621_Act_1_Scene_VI--XII.pdf

on the page marked 59. (the No. 9 Aria, Adagio)

Below is the cut and pasted clarinet-only part:

The only thing is, I believe it is notated for basset horn, so it's written in bass cleff at times. I guess you can decide what to do with those notes. McGill did it very well, he has a nice youtube video of this solo.

Parto is for b flat Basset Clarinet (a rare beast indeed!) and is most often performed on a normal B flat clarinet with some notes taken up an octave.

The Goodear edition is beautifully typeset and available as a digital download. It gives the original basset part with modification for clarinet in small type. Text is the same as the NMA. (The Oscar Street version on Free-scores.com has editorial articulation and doesn't show the original part, just an adaption.) You can buy the full score and parts, or just the clarinet part. Well worth the small investment.
