 Cabart Clarinet?

I have a Cabart clarinet. I bought off ebay as hopefully a back up or whatever. I got it for $50. Supposedly "recently overhauled" If so not by a decent tech. The keywork is silver which I polished and they keys look nice. It has cracks that have been repaired. It plays alright but some of the keywork needs a bit of adjustment. Intonation isnt the best. Tends to be flat in the clarion, and extremely sharp in the low E and F by about 20-25 cents. maybe more give or take. Work keeping? Intonation fixable? How much could it be sold for? Theres no Serial number so no dating it. Just Cabart logo and Made in France on the back of the upper joint. Help would be appreciated.
