so how exactly do you request a trial period for mouthpieces? Do you have to call or is there a button that has the option of a trial? I looked up the policy and it sais all the rules but not how to actualy request a trial

I have done a fewmouthpiece trials at WWB- I just call them, and they send them out.

Definitely call them. There (as of last time I did this) was nothing in the checkout to tell them that they were for a trial; you'd wind up getting charged the full amount at the get go, and then have to deal with return authorizations.

Agreed -- a call is the way to go. They do mouthpiece trials all the time and are very accomodating, but you need to talk to a rep.

Unlike the hot dog vendor in New York, they are very prompt with crediting your charge card on returned items (you do not even have to call them to remind them), and they do not charge you shipping on the returned items.
