The YCL-681 Eb clarinet is a pro model up there with the R13.

Over a decade ago Yamaha introduced a Custom (YCL-881) Eb clarinet as well - but I'm not sure how much better they could possibly be than the 681.

 Kudos to your school district.
The Couf might be a nice mouthpiece. Many were of good vintage hard rubber, but benefit from a facings artist's hand. Similar items include Malerne and others.
Obviously someone thought enough of the instrument or their skills to include the non-stock mouthpiece.
