I abandoned the Cordier for the Dilutis long ago, though I rarely clip reeds anyway.
The Cordier was too difficult for me, with my poor, aged eyesight, to get and keep good lateral alignment, and though the particular Cordier I have forms the tip well, shearing the reed tip rather than cutting it (as the Dilutis does) has been a concern of other players I know, though I'm not a sensitive enough player to be able to trace any reed deficiencies to that. The cut of the Dilutis SEEMS to be cleaner and SEEMS not to mash down the cane vessels.
Also, I like the idea of being able to change the blades with the Dilutis, though I haven't done so with mine yet, and once you have the reed properly centered on the Dilutis, you can be pretty sure it won't shift around if held properly
I haven't heard anything negative about the Dilutis. (I don't have my finger on the pulse of the reed-clipper crowd, anyway.)
As far as the Uhl goes, I made some observations and suggestions in an earlier post on this BBD, if you're interested. Given the prices of Uhl's other devices, though, as good as they may be, I doubt that I'd be able to afford a Uhl clipper if they were available.
