 Miracle of the Rose by Henze. It calls for the soloist to play Eb and bass.

 Chocolates (clarinet version) by James Grant.  Movements for Bb, A, and Bass clarinet with an optional cameo by Eb at the end of the last movement. 
 
Jewish Rhapsody for Clarinet/Bass Clarinet and Orchestra by Hajdu.

FWIW, Eve de Castro-Robinson and Donald Martino have both composed triple clarinet concertos but these both require three players.

 I believe there's an arrangement of the Concertino for Eb Clarinet.  I probably wouldn't want to hear it though from the average Eb player...
