How much for an eefer and A?

In the long run I'm probably going to want both the Eb and A sizes, I've decided. The C clarinet sounds like a wonderful idea if you're reading concert-pitch parts, but that's about the only major reason you'd want a C. So unless I find a dirt cheap one I think I'll pass.

Also the bass clarinet. Could be a nice thing to get but again, not worth spending a ton of cash in order to get fancy.

So how much should I expect to pay for a new Eb and new A if they aren't professional-grade instruments? What about for a good used one? I've heard about plastic eefers but do they exist for the A size?
