Identifying two mystery players

I have two cases where it would interest me to know the names of the players.

First, a 1974 recording of the Reger Quintet on the Turnabout label. The performance is merely credited to the Dell'Arte Ensemble. I realise that Turnaout used David Glazer a great deal at this time, and it could be him, but doesn't sound too much like him in my view.

Second, and far removed from the first, is a query that only British players may be in a position to answer since it comes from television theme music for a regular UK series. The series is a costume drama called "Larkrise to Candleford". The signature tune is extremely brief, but interesting (to me at least). I would like to know who the clarinettist is.
