Click on Compositions tab and go to the entry for Salt Marsh Rag for Flute Quartet (3 concert flutes and 1 alto flute).

The PDF score is a concert score with the alto flute line written in concert pitch. The actual alto flute part is transposed. The music has an early jazz feeling with a good amount of quirkiness here and there. It is meant to be fun to perform. The score has an optional acoustic guitar part. I can be contacted for a set of parts.

Since the piece is written as a concert score, 4 Bb clarinets could easily perform the music by reading the score as notated and either leave out the guitar part or the guitarist can transpose the chords down a major second (should not be a problem for a good player).

For those wanting to experience even more adventure and fun, try playing the score with FOUR BASS CLARINETS!

PS, since the score and parts are hand-written I do not have an MP3 demo file.
