 Alan Paul Concerto

I was just briefly looking at the Wikipedia article on Jack Brymer, and it mentions that Alan Paul wrote a Concerto for him. Anybody know anything about this work and was it written by the same Alan Paul who sings with the Manhattan Transfer? (I know the Wikipedia link takes you to that Alan Paul's biography, and he's the only Alan Paul I've ever heard of, but you never know about Wikipedia links.)
