Did anyone hear Stanley Drucker's master class or recital at MSU clarinet day on October 10? Looking through the mail, I just found the flyer...

I did and it was a great day all around. He is charming and had very good things to say in the master class. The students were of varying levels but all played fairly well and responded well to what he offered.

He played a challenging recital and his wife joined him for one piece, as did the MSU faculty members for an unrehearsed encore quartet.

Caroline and Justin organized a great day and I was glad to be there for it!
