Has any one out there had success playing letter G of Zampa overture where it is basically a passage of running notes? Can anybody give me some tips on this particular passage in practicing it?

Hmmmm, I don't have letter designations on my Carl Fischer edition but I guess you're talking about what is essentially a repeated sixteenth note pattern of high clarion "Cs" shuffling up to the "D" (meas 240ish, 71st of the Poco Vivo after the solo).

If you're not a fascile double tonguer, you can approach the tonguing as, "ta-ta, hut-ta, ta-ta." That is, the "huts" are breath attacks. If it makes it easier for you, you could also try playing the "Ds" open for speed.

If you turn to the very last page of the Zampa overture, where the clarinets and violins come in on the ff bar, that's what I'm talking about ... The piece is written in cut time, and the notes are played in 16th notes which makes it very difficult for the clarinets to coordinate with the violins? Had any of you had success with this part?
