 fixing intonation

Hey all,

I recently got a new mouthpiece and I love the sound, response, yadda yadda, but it has given me some new intonation issues, especially in the throat tones and between clarion G and C. Those ranges are excessively sharp. I've been working on long tones and they're coming down slightly, but I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions regarding barrels or rings or anything that might help out.
