DDiffs. Between Buffet C12 and R13
Author: Don Berger
Date:   2009-08-15 20:59

I have had the privilege of working on a Buffet C12, 1983 [257xxx] finding that with a refaced VD 2RV mp, it is inedeed a fine, sweet-sounding player. Wondering of diffs. from an R13, I am solicitating any comments, TKS Don

Thanx, Mark, Don

The C12 bridges the gap between the E13 and R13 and is nearer the E13 in its construction (no cut-outs under the RH F#/C# and E/B touches), but is only available in Bb.

Not entirely sure why they make them when most people will probably go from an E13 to an R13, bypassing the C12.
