Click "Woodwind Spares", then "Clarinet", then "Boosey & Hawkes". You can email them at info@windcraft.co.uk and just ask what part you need and if they have it.
HOWEVER...
You still need a good repair person to put in the key for you. It is not as simple as changing the RAM in your computer. Each clarinet is a little different and if it is not done properly, it won't work at all.
