The DEA announced it raided the office of Herr Docktor Blumenbergen and seized incrimating evidence that tied him to the deaths. Injection Vials of a white liquid were said to have been removed by CSI technicians during the raid.
The physician in question was known for his "concierge" practice, and was employed by the producers of their concerts at the Gezundheitgewandhaus.

On the other hand, composers born on this date include:
Andre Boucourechliev (1925)
Rued Langgaard (1893)
along with other notable musicians:
Riccardo Muti (1941)
Peter Duchin (1937)
Blumie probably didn't have anything to do with them, either...... but there is that milky white liquid. Hmm.
Best regards,
jnk
