 Consistency every time you pick them up to play is what I like, but I`m finding the edges in contact with the Mpc facing tend to curl up a bit.  Only a small amout but they feel sharp on your lip. 
   I`ve tried sanding the edges a little but this seems to be only temporary and I`m reluctant to over do it and reduce the reed strenghth. 
 Am I unique in this?

 Or try the new Forestone reeds which have a more mouthpiece friendly tip profile and, more importantly, play better.

 I've never had this problem, but then again I think having braces toughened my lips to the hard edges.

 Dave we are talking side edges here, no where near tip. I`ll see if I can find Forestone in Aus. but I doubt it.
