Forestone's excellent customer svc

There are already two active message about Forestone reeds, but I didn't want my post lost in the 100 others. I have been working my way up through the reed strengths of Forestones and I'm settling with a CL+3 or C-3 (F3 1/2 or F4 in the new numbering scheme). I recently ordered one of each but was mistakenly sent one reed strength I wanted and 1 I didn't. When I contacted Lars Huesler at Forestone he double-checked the original order and immediately made arrangements to ship the proper reed -- and told me to keep the other one and pass it on to someone else. Well, I am also passing on my kudos to this company for it's commitment to customer service.

PS- I love their reeds, too. They have replaced my beloved Marca Excel 3.5's
