 Beaumont clarinet

Hi all,

I'm new to the clarinet bboard, although I've been following and reading it for several years.

I know someone selling an old wood horn - Beaumont is the brand name and was wondering if anyone knows anything about them.

Also, I know of someone who might be selling a very old Selmer metal clarinet - I actually could play that and was very surprised at the warm sound and really pretty decent intonation. Anyone knowledgeable on them - it was a 4 digit serial number as I recall

thanks,

Burt

Get the metal Selmer if it's up for grabs!
