I would advise you to play the clarinet in an ensemble as part of your play testing process to learn how its sound blends with other instruments, how even the different registers are and get a sense of how flexable it is in terms of dynamics, nuance and tuning. Often, these playing characteristcs are not that obvious when playing it alone in a practice room--or your living room. Use a tuner, but also, use your ears. I hope you like your new clarinet.

Yeah it looks like a great clarinet at least as working condition goes. You should as with mouthpieces play it for teacher,fellow friends and in different situation(home,music school,music hall etc.). Congratulation on your winning the auction.
