 Clarinet Identification

I have a really old F. Arther Uebel wooden clarinet. I dont know very much about it as it is a really old company that probably doesn't exist any more. I think it is a B-Flat but it is almost an inch shorter than a standard Bb clarinet and has silver plated keys. As far as i know F. Arther Uebel was a german clarinet maker but I could be wrong about that.

If anybody knows anything about F. Arthur Uebel and the clarinets that he made, the information would be much appreciated.
The Serial number is 712 231 821 if that helps any.
