Trouble Identifying reed maker

Hi
I have a German cut reed and I have trouble identifying the maker.
It has the following printed on it

Made in
Germany

G * S
Solo

3 1/2

Can anyone the maker? I received it as a gift while I was in Japan in 2005

Steuer.

G S might stand for Gesellschaft Steuer (or not).

I used them in former times for many years . THey were often used until Vandoren White Master was the "German Standard". Nowadays, Steuer offers a lot of different cuts but "solo" is still available...(with a french style facing/ mp the 3,5-reed will be probably much too strong)

The Steuer reeds are longer than the White Master. They suit me better than the White Master. I will probably order more
