Since we have a number of composers/song-writers on the BBoard, this may be of interest to them and perhaps others. My newly-arrived "Musician" magazine, the Am. Fed. of Mus. publication, Sept. '08 has a 2 page discussion-explanation in both Eng and Fr, which appears quite authoritative to me. Happy reading, Don

Is there anything about the online IMSLP Petrucci Music Library?

Hi Steve, I took a few minutes to scan my copy, didn't find your -----Library mentioned. Its more of a discussion of the bill's?? provisions etc. I went to the AFM home site and tried searching for "Canada Bill C-61" in the "Making Strides" section , by Alan Willaert, but it didn't show up. The name [article] Yolanda did show so this new issue seems to be on-line. Suggest you try a few searches. Luck, Don
