 german player ligature

I want to ask about German clarinetist leather ligature.
I saw Wenzel Fuchs (Principal of the BPO) and Sabine Meyer didn't use string ligature, but use leather ligature.

What is the leather ligature that Wenzel Fuchs and Sabine Meyer use???

Wenzel Fuchs uses a Rovner.
