 Cundy Bettoney Three Star Clarinet

Hello! I'm actually a flute player, but I just found and purchased a clarinet from an antique shop. It seemed like a basic beginner clarinet, but I thought it would be fun to play around with and use to practice some basic instrument repairs. It's a Cundy Bettoney Three Star clarinet. Just for the sake of curiosity I tried to do some research to see how old it might be, but I can only seem to find information on the metal clarinets of this brand. (Mine is ebonite.) Anyone know anything about this brand's ebonite clarinets?

I own 2 metal Cundy's and am under the impression that the ebonite ones began in the early 1930s.

Thanks for the info! Do you have any idea how long the company was in business?
