Fingering help requested

I am practicing Beethoven's Minuet and having difficulty with rapid alternate fingering between middle line B and A sharp just below. Using left finger and thumb only for the A sharp to all fingers on for the B, is just too
difficult. I have tried using the upper trill key for the B but it doesn't sound right, a little flat. Am I doing something wrong ? Any advice will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,

In addition to keeping the right hand down, this is a perfect example of why good hand position is crucial. You should be able to, with limited movement, "rock" your hand, with normal fingerings, from a to b. Also, you should keep the the a key open while you are playing the b. Good luck.
