 Charlie A's still in business?

A little info, if any of you have it: I have ordered from Charlie A's before (site for "Gig Dust" and "Crud Patch"), with prompt service, and placed an online order on April 4th, which has not arrived (nor has my credit card been charged). Two emails were not answered, and a phone call today received no response (no one picked up, and no answering machine).

Anyone who knows of this company, please let me know what's going on with them.

Charlie died a couple of years ago. His widow runs the business, but service is said to be very hit and miss now.
