 Competition Programming

I'm currently thinking about what to play for several up coming competitions. Two of them are run by the same institution and use the same rules. Both require a 20-30 minute programme and state that:

'One large work may be presented or several shorter pieces. The inclusion of part works is discouraged'.

My question is to to those who sit on competition panels:

I'm thinking of programming the Brahms F Minor Sonata. This fits the rules and to my mind forms a balanced programme in itself, but if you were on the panel, would you be unhappy to only hear Brahms with nothing else to form a contrasting programme?
