Is there an edition of the Mladi in which the bass clarinet part is written in treble clef?

I do not believe so. It is probably prudent to familiarize yourself with bass clef reading on bass clarinet.

Compared to some pieces with transposing bass clarinet in A in bass clef, Mladi is a walk in the park!

If the bass clef is a big problem, try writing the part out yourself, either on manuscript paper or computer notation program like Finale or Sibelius. It shouldn't take too long either way. Once you're familiar with the part, try playing off the bass clef part (in practice), and see if that helps with learning to read bass clef.
