 Harmonia Artiste Clarinet

I just came upon a Harmonia Artiste French wooden clarinet. I cannot find anything about the manufacturer. Style wise is looks a bit like the Selmer line that has been made in France but it has no serial number or other id. Any ideas as to who may have made this clarinet? It really is quite nice.
