I'm sure this has been discussed here before, but when I search, I get ads and material that is not that helpful.

I am looking for a good, advanced, comprehensive fingering chart. One that has many alternate fingerings and goes above double high C.

 Any suggestions?

The Ridenour book, "Clarinet Fingerings" illustrates fingerings up to 1 octave above high E (that is, one oct above the E three leger lines above the staff).

Look at H.Klose' celebrated method for the clarinet revised and enlarged by simeon bellison at page 8 is a table for boehm clarinet by C.Rose might be helpful
